Spring Salmon Fishing River Tay. Catholes Beat

Danny landed this cracking spring salmon on the Catholes beat river Tay yesterday in front of the water rising . This one was caught on the fly in the Slap and after a 25 minute fight this cracking spring salmon was landed it was measured at 40.5 inch and puts the fish in the 25 lb range ... Well Done !!

Spring Salmon Fishing River Tay Pitlochrie Beat

Well a great Saturday on the Pitlochrie beat river Tay with two lovely spring salmon being landed . Both hooked on the fly in the Horsey. A third bigger fish was hooked but came of after a good fight .
