Francis with a lovely 10lb salmon caught just before lunch in the Long Shot on the Fly. It made up a bit for the one helost yesterday on the Pitlochrie beat .

Todds Hole on the Benchil Beat river Tay a great wee bit to ambush some running fish. Yesterday in the Long Shot we seen quite a few grilse running through in the afternoon but sadly no offers. Today on the Pitlochrie beat we had a hold of a salmon but it managed to shake the hook hold.
